مرحباً بك في تطبيق يونيوز. توضح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق، وكيف نستخدمها، وما هي حقوقك. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
ما هو يونيوز
يونيوز تطبيق عربي يجمع فيديوهات صنّاع المحتوى والقنوات الإخبارية من يوتيوب، إلى جانب عناوين الأخبار والمقالات من مواقع إخبارية منشورة للعامة، في مكان واحد. تُعرض الفيديوهات عبر المشغّل الرسمي ليوتيوب داخل التطبيق، وتُحتسب المشاهدات على قناة صاحب الفيديو الأصلية.
المعلومات التي لا نجمعها
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول، ولا نطلب منك اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو موقعك الجغرافي أو صورك أو جهات الاتصال. ولا نبيع أي بيانات لأي طرف.
المعلومات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق
- عدّاد المشاهدات داخل التطبيق: عند فتح فيديو، يُسجَّل رقم إجمالي لعدد المشاهدات لذلك الفيديو في قاعدة بياناتنا لعرض أقسام مثل «الأكثر مشاهدة». هذا الرقم لا يرتبط بهويتك ولا بجهازك.
- بيانات تقنية تلقائية: مثل أي تطبيق متصل بالإنترنت، قد تستقبل الخوادم التي نستخدمها بيانات تقنية عامة وقت الطلب، مثل عنوان الـ IP ونوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، وذلك فقط لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها من الإساءة.
- التخزين المؤقت على جهازك: قد يحتفظ التطبيق بنسخة مؤقتة من المحتوى على جهازك لتسريع التحميل، ويمكنك مسحها بحذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته.
خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
يعتمد يونيوز على خدمات خارجية لكل منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة بها:
- يوتيوب (YouTube API Services): يستخدم التطبيق خدمات واجهة برمجة يوتيوب ومشغّله الرسمي. باستخدامك ليونيوز فإنك توافق على شروط خدمة يوتيوب، وتخضع بياناتك عند المشاهدة إلى سياسة خصوصية جوجل. يمكنك إدارة صلاحيات الوصول من صفحة إعدادات الأمان في حساب جوجل.
- Google Firebase: لتخزين المحتوى المُجمّع وعدّادات المشاهدات. الخصوصية في Firebase.
- Cloudflare: لتشغيل خوادم جلب المحتوى وتسريعه. سياسة خصوصية Cloudflare.
- المواقع الإخبارية: عناوين الأخبار والمقالات مأخوذة من خلاصات RSS منشورة للعامة. عند فتح رابط خبر قد تنتقل إلى موقع الناشر الأصلي، ويخضع ذلك لسياسة خصوصية ذلك الموقع.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية منهم.
أمان البيانات
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) بين التطبيق والخوادم، ونحتفظ بالبيانات التقنية فقط للمدة اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة.
حقوقك
بما أننا لا نجمع بيانات تُعرّف بهويتك، فلا توجد لدينا بيانات شخصية مرتبطة بك لحذفها. ومع ذلك يمكنك التواصل معنا في أي وقت لأي استفسار أو طلب يخص خصوصيتك وسنرد عليك في أقرب وقت.
التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة مزايا جديدة للتطبيق، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة.

Welcome to YouNews. This policy explains what information the app handles, how we use it, and your rights. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
What YouNews is
YouNews is an Arabic app that brings together YouTube videos from content creators and news channels, along with headlines and articles from publicly available news sites, in one place. Videos play through the official YouTube player inside the app, and views are counted on the creator's original channel.
Information we do not collect
The app does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, location, photos, or contacts. We do not sell any data to anyone.
Information the app handles
- In-app view counter: when you open a video, an aggregate view count for that video is recorded in our database to power sections like "Most Watched". This number is not linked to you or your device.
- Automatic technical data: like any internet-connected app, the servers we use may receive standard technical data at request time, such as IP address, device type, and operating system, solely to run the service and protect it from abuse.
- Local cache: the app may keep a temporary copy of content on your device to load faster. You can clear it by deleting the app or clearing its data.
Third-party services
YouNews relies on external services, each with its own privacy policy:
- YouTube API Services: the app uses YouTube API Services and the official YouTube player. By using YouNews you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your viewing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage access via the Google security settings page.
- Google Firebase: to store aggregated content and view counters. Privacy in Firebase.
- Cloudflare: to run and speed up our content servers. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- News publishers: headlines and articles come from publicly available RSS feeds. Opening a story may take you to the original publisher's site, which is governed by that site's own privacy policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Data security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the app and our servers, and keep technical data only as long as needed to operate the service.
Your rights
Because we do not collect data that identifies you, we hold no personal data linked to you to delete. You can still contact us at any time with any privacy question or request, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as we add new features. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
